CULTURE SCAN

Our model has been tested in longitudinal research and predicts 33% of the variance in the Return On Assets for a period of up to 5 years. It shows you where to invest time and energy, to increase profitability, sales growth, employee satisfaction and overall financial performance. 

 

The scan only takes 20 minutes to complete. With performance analytics we examine the predictors for the (financial) performance of the organization that are linked to organisational behavior. The assessment allows for natural language processing to increase objectivity and accuracy. Our benchmark consists of over 1000 organizations and 750.000 respondents.

BEHAVIORAL CHANGE

Assessing the as-is situation is only the first step. The goal is of course to change behaviors there were the organization can benefit from it. For every organization this can mean something else. 

 

We do not focus on the hype of the moment. Concepts like agility or employee engagement might or might not be what your organization needs "to fix" right now in order to thrive. We are no strategy consultants either. We will not tell you on which markets to focus or which products/services you should provide.

 

What we will do however, is take your core values, ambitions and strategy and help you align behaviors - your culture. We will translate who you say you are (or want to be) and what differentiates you from your competition into "descriptive business ethics" (like leadership styles, ways of working within and between teams).
