ABOUT
Menselijk Kapitaal was founded after two decades of consultancy (L&D, Recruitment, Strategy & Change and Leadership) and HR-Management experience.

We experienced that companies are often spending a lot of money on consultancy and training to end up with minimal change in behaviors or actual impact to their bottom line. At the same time managers often struggle with the most elementary of their responsibilities, namely, recruiting the right people and stimulating the behavior that brings the most return on their human capital.

However, decades of psychological research have given us the tools to make those challenges feasible. So, today, we focus on one thing only, "behavior". We make you more successful in hiring and promoting the right people and provide insight in how to stimulate the right behaviors to increase your profitability.
We continuously scan the market to select the best assessment techniques, based on scientific value and professional merit. This approach allows us to offer quality assurance that our clients get best-in-class tools, independently of any publisher. We specialise in implementing these assessments in a best-fit with your organization in order to have real impact down to the bottom line.
Are you interested in being more effective in recruitment or does aligning your culture with your strategy to improve profitability sound like a sensible thing to do?
The choice is yours!

Collaborations
The "we" in this team reflects our collaborations with first of all, our clients, but also our partnerships with the leading, international publishers of assessment techniques; the partners we can call on for manpower to support larger projects. Last, but definitely not least, the leading academics in Behavioral Economy with whom we kept collaborating for more than 10 years; sharing insights and supporting each other in both directions.
